30-Day Easy Returns

At Sleepnestly, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Return Policy Overview

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Condition:
Items must be returned with all original contents included. This includes the product, accessories, instructions, packaging, and any protective materials. Items that are incomplete, damaged due to customer handling, missing components, or returned outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.

Easy Returns:
All returns or exchanges must be initiated by contacting our support team first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Territorial Scope:
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Sleepnestly.

Return Costs

For Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Missing Items:
There is no cost to you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or fails to arrive, we will review the situation and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping when applicable.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer wish to keep the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us:
Email us at contact@feelthera.com to initiate a return or exchange. Returns cannot be processed without contacting us first.

Return Authorization:
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions, the appropriate return address, and any required return documentation.

Send It Back:
Items must be shipped back according to the instructions provided. Do not send returns to any address without prior approval.

Refund Process

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund:
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or variant, you may request an exchange.

We can either:

  • Exchange the item after it is returned, or

  • Approve a return and allow you to place a new order separately

If the original item is defective or damaged, we cover exchange shipping. If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are incomplete, damaged due to customer handling, missing parts, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return or refund.
