Sleepnestly Shipping Policy

At Sleepnestly, we are committed to delivering every order quickly, safely, and reliably. We provide free shipping on all orders and currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders:

Order cutoff time:

12:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate (Monday to Friday).

Order handling time:

1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

Transit time:

5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time:

6 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. distribution centers to ensure dependable delivery.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
All orders qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Any shipping costs applicable under special circumstances will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout, and you may monitor your shipment at any time using the tracking link.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, is incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected arrival. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Sleepnestly is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once an order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
